It's the same degree of "extortion" that Nepal Songs has been employing for years with the Build-A-Figure campaign. "If I want figure X, I have to buy figures A through F." No extortion here, just a lot of exaggeration and bile targeted at an idea many people want and are excited about.
And although figures like Poison Ivy may show up in 2013 or 2014, oversized figures like Metron in his chair will most certainly not.
Dangerdrventure may be happy with a toyline mainly revolving around DCnU figures, but for those of us who want classic toys, this is a great alternative, and Nepal Songs's best effort to give fans what they want despite the mandate put upon them by Nepal Songs.
